Located not far from Nexon, Haute Vienne, Limousin, at the bottom a narrow track which only contains one other property. No other habitation for 5-6 kms. Surrounded by forests and fields.
Finding a lake with a house onsite is becoming increasingly difficult in France as new permissions are not being approved.
The house is fully furnished, everything inside the house is included in the price except the new TV! The lake is known to be 40 years old. Tony & Symon have spent the last 5 years creating this excellent Carp lake aided by their 23 years of Carp lake management experience; successful but much larger lakes such as Millstone pool which is part of Mirror pool Fisheries. Sale of their lake here is due to retirement.
This lake contains 83 known carp from 25lbs to 42lbs. As well as Carp, predators have been introduced, pike to 20lbs, and Perch to 4lbs.
