The house was built in 2000 and has all the modern features you would expect. However, the lakes are some 20 years old and have Carp, Tench, Roach, Catfish and Pike in them.

We offer you exclusive free use of the two lakes. This means only you will be allowed to fish so guests are guaranteed that the lakes will never be over fished or crowded.

The lakes have large stocks of Carp and Catfish.

The larger lake has over 120 Carp from high teens to a record 42.7lbs Mirror
this lake also has a large stock of Cats from 20lb to 40lb

The smaller lake contains lots of Tench to over 5lbs and Carp to over 20lbs

Fishing equipment hire is £100 per person for a 3 rod setup which includes everything you need plus 5 kilos of boilies, an unlimited amount of maize plus free use of a bait boat . This is a non-profit making scheme and the charge simply enables us to upkeep the equipment and constantly upgrade it.

We do sell some tackle but do advise you to bring your own. However we sell these items at cost price. Items such as hooks, hair rigs leads, leaders, pva, . We also sell all types of bait, meat, sweetcorn, boilies, pellets which are available at anytime from the tackle shed.
